The fire in which we burn
Photographic series produced through the appropriation and re-use of the native panorama mode in iPhone devices.
To produce the images, an iPhone is placed on a mechanical device that fixes it on a rotating base. As the user manipulates it while walking, laminae of time are progressively recorded, rendering visible thin instances of the passage of time.
This project takes part of the aesthetic exploration happening when writing my Master’s Thesis.
